Lor Mai Gai Part 2- for non-meat eaters
This time I only used bamboo shoots and dried Chinese mushrooms since I had no Chinese sausages (lap cheong).
The recipe was still the same as the previous one but this time, I added Shao Xing wine to the recipe.
The result was good. See the photos below.
